Our family, originally from the Lazio region of central Etruria (Alta Tuscia), less than 100 km from Rome, Italy, is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards. We carefully tend to our 650 olive trees using only natural methods, including annual pruning of excess branches and the application of organic fertilizer derived from the droppings of animals raised by local farmers on a natural diet.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced using a traditional stone cold-press method, ensuring exceptional quality and a rich, authentic taste.
